About Our Club
The Solivita Smashers Pickleball Club promotes the enjoyment and development of Pickleball skills in the community of Solivita. We annually host the Polk Senior Games in March. We support Pickleball throughout the state with members who compete in other tournaments in Florida and outside our state. Some of our members compete in their home states and country, and also in national competitions.

The club introduces residents of Solivita to Pickleball with free "Newbee Clinics," teaching the basics of the game and rules. We coordinate instruction, clinics, mentoring and practice for our members. We organize leagues and "open" play to maximize the use of our 17 courts.  The club conducts other activities, competitive, social and charitable...something for everyone!

The Smashers promotes safety, courtesy and good-sportsmanship as the foundation of the game.

The classes are held at The Palms pickleall courts on Tuesdays (10:30 - noon). Students receive a class photo and roster so they can continue practicing and playing when the clinic ends. Many of the students become members, join or create leagues.
